I love meditation and yoga of all kinds; I now practice Kundalini Yoga is the mother of all yogas. All other forms of yoga are contained within it and are like the fingers of the hand of great value and part of the hand. I took my first yoga class in 1968. It was a hatha yoga class. I haven't stopped doing yoga since. |

The teachers name was Edythe she was a nurse and very interested in healing with yoga. Edythe worked heavily with breath to calm and heal the body and the the mind. Edythe became my life long beloved friend. |

After exploring several kinds of yoga I met Sat Jiwan Singh Khals and found kundalini yoga and have primarily been for the last 20 years but still can be found doing Hatha and other yogas once in a while. |
