Can anyone help with Loase and Louse? I've found Philip Hedgcock who married Catherine Louse in Henfield on 30th April 1816.
Also Catherine Loase Hedgcock who married James Embling in Henfield on 1st Feb 1837.
I've found very little on Louse as a surname (plenty on nits though!). Are these two related despite the difference in spelling?
I'm studying Hedgcocks across the board, so if anyone can share I'd be delighted to hear from you!
